Our Returns Policy

We always hope that you love the items you ordered from us, either in store or online. However, we understand that needs and opinions change and it simply may not be the item you’re looking for anymore. It’s important to note that we do not offer any refunds, only exchanges on items.

Exchange Guidelines

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition as you received it. This policy lasts for 14 days and so you must notify us of your wish to exchange within this period to be eligible. 

Please note, if you would like to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the item. Miss C Boutique would then pay for the delivery charges of your new item. 

Refunds

The only instance where we would consider a refund is if the item you ordered is faulty in any way. We still must be notified within the 14 day period to authorise this. Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping costs – if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
